Cajoma IV

Liveaboard in Indonesia

0 (0 reviews)

Cajoma IV is a 30-meter traditional Phinisi liveaboard built in 2015 from ironwood and teak, accommodating guests across 4 cabins in Komodo National Park. Operated by Manta Rhei Dive Center, based in Labuan Bajo, the vessel runs a fixed 4-day/3-night itinerary with a minimum of 11 dives, a Komodo dragon tour, and a Padar Island sunset hike. For the 2026/2027 season, rates start from USD $303 per person per day.

Cajoma IV is operated by Manta Rhei Dive Center, a Labuan Bajo-based dive operator and GAHAWASRI member — a Komodo marine tourism association with an active emergency response network across the national park. The vessel is a Komodo specialist running fixed 4-day/3-night departures throughout the year, with a structured itinerary covering the central and northern park, Rinca Island, Pink Beach, and Padar Island. With 11 dives scheduled across the 4 days — including a night dive on day one — the format suits divers who want a comprehensive Komodo diving program without the variability of a longer open-ended itinerary.

Four cabins accommodate guests across three configurations. The Master Cabin has a private balcony — the only cabin with outdoor private space. Two Deluxe Double cabins and one Twin cabin complete the layout. All cabins are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. Common areas include a large dining room, open kitchen with bar, large sundeck, and a jacuzzi. Two speedboats serve dive site access. A Bauer compressor supplies air; nitrox is not mentioned on the operator site. Meals are full board with buffet-style Indonesian and Western cuisine, and all soft drinks, coffee, and tea are included. Dive gear is not included and available for rent.

The itinerary begins with a morning meeting at the Manta Rhei dive shop in Labuan Bajo before a speedboat transfer to the vessel. Day two opens with an early morning Komodo dragon walk on Rinca Island led by a park ranger, followed by three dives. Day three covers the central park including Batu Bolong, manta ray sites, and a Padar Island sunset hike. Day four completes three final dives before returning to Labuan Bajo by early evening. Park entrance fees are paid separately in cash prior to departure.
