Indo Master

Liveaboard in Indonesia

0 (0 reviews)

Indo Master is a 47-meter sail/motor liveaboard built in 2022 from ironwood and teak on Sulawesi, accommodating 18 guests across 9 en-suite cabins — 4 double, 4 twin, and 1 family suite. Operated by Master Liveaboards, the vessel runs itineraries across Komodo National Park, Raja Ampat, Banda Sea, Alor, Misool, Halmahera, and Lembeh. Nitrox available at a surcharge. For the 2026/2027 season, rates start from USD $470 per person per day.

Indo Master is one of the newer additions to the Indonesian liveaboard market, built in 2022 and designed from the outset with diver comfort and photography in mind. At 47 meters with an 8-meter beam, the vessel carries a maximum of 18 guests across 9 cabins — generous space per guest relative to similarly sized vessels. Beds throughout are North European sizing, larger than the standard found on most Indonesian liveaboards. The vessel maintains a consistently high guest satisfaction rating, with particular praise for crew professionalism, safety briefing standards, and food quality including freshly baked bread daily.

Nine cabins accommodate 18 guests across two decks. On the lower deck, two Classic Twin cabins and two Classic Double cabins offer full-size beds with individual air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Also on the lower deck, a Premium Twin/Double family suite in the bow features two double beds for up to 4 guests, with separate toilet and shower rooms. On the upper deck, two Premium Twin Suites offer ocean views and Juliet balconies, while two Superior Twin/Double Suites add full private balconies with reconfigurable bedding. All cabins include ample storage and extra towels. The air-conditioned saloon serves as the main social space, with a cocktail bar, charging station, and large flat-screen TV for dive briefings and evenings.

The dive deck offers personal equipment storage, dedicated camera and video preparation areas, and separate rinse tanks — a setup well suited to underwater photographers. Diving is supported by three Bauer compressors, two tenders, and four dive guides. Two high-powered Zodiacs, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are available for guest use, alongside laundry service. Nitrox, equipment rental, and WiFi are all available at a surcharge rather than included in the base rate. Itineraries cover Komodo National Park, Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea, the Alor Archipelago, and combined routes through Misool, Halmahera, and Lembeh.
