Seven Seas
Liveaboard a Indonesia
Seven Seas is a 40-meter traditional Buginese schooner, accommodating up to 14 guests (reduced from 16 following a 2026 cabin conversion) across 8 state rooms on 3 decks. Operated by an established Indonesian liveaboard company, the vessel runs itineraries across Raja Ampat, Komodo, Alor, the Banda Sea, and the Forgotten Islands. Nitrox included. For the 2026/2027 season, rates start from USD $541 per person per day.
Seven Seas has completed over 300 trips and 100,000 dives since launching, with a dedicated focus on dive safety and conditions checked at every site before entry. During the vessel's mid-2026 annual dock period, the two smallest cabins were converted from twin bunk to single cabins, reducing maximum capacity from 16 to 14 guests — a deliberate trade toward more private accommodation options rather than maximizing headcount. The rate is comprehensively inclusive: port clearance, park and conservation fees, four meals a day plus snacks, welcome cocktails, tea, Indonesian coffee and drinking water, beach BBQs, unrestricted Starlink WiFi in every cabin and common area, return airport transfers, guided beach visits and non-guided tours, speedboat excursions, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a dedicated dive master, full dive tanks, weights, nitrox, a 15-litre tank where available, laundry, and complimentary toiletries are all included in the published rate.
Eight state rooms accommodate up to 14 guests across four double, two twin, and two single configurations. Two double cabins sit on the upper deck with panoramic window views; the remaining six state rooms — two further doubles, two singles, and two twin bunks — are on the lower deck. All staterooms feature king-size beds in the doubles and large single beds in the twins, with en-suite bathrooms offering powerful hot and cold showers, a full-sized WC, and a hairdryer. The main lounge and dining area is fully air-conditioned with openable windows for natural airflow, alongside a working table for camera preparation and editing, DVD and Smart TV entertainment, and Starlink WiFi throughout.
Diving is supported by twin 9 CFM Schiffauer compressors, 24 aluminium 12-litre tanks, and two twin-40HP fibre tenders each carrying up to 6 diving guests, plus a single-engine tender for up to 4 guests. A spacious dive deck includes deck showers and dive gear storage. Six double sea kayaks are available for surface exploration. Navigation and safety equipment includes Furuno radar and satellite navigation, a Raymarine sounder, two 20-person life rafts, an AED, and Iridium satellite phone alongside Starlink. For the 2026/2027 season, rates vary by region — the Forgotten Islands and Banda Sea carry a premium at $665/night for the remainder of 2026 rising to $695/night in 2027, and Raja Ampat is priced at $615/night in 2026 rising to $645/night in 2027, reflecting the longer or more remote routing to these destinations.
