Sokaraja
Sokaraja runs one destination and one destination only: Komodo National Park. No crossings, no multi-region itineraries — every trip stays within the park.
The boat takes its name from two words: "Soka," a flower, and "Raja," meaning king — together, "King of Flower." Onboard, that translates to eight guests across two Private Double cabins and a six-berth dorm — a small, budget-oriented setup built for divers who want to spend their days in the water rather than on a superyacht.
An established operation, not a new arrival
Sokaraja has been running in Komodo since 2013, founded by Luca, who spent 25 years travelling and diving before basing himself in the park and building the operation from there. That history shows in how the boat runs — a settled operation that knows the park rather than one finding its feet.
Divers need a minimum of 30 logged dives to join a trip, in line with the current and depth range of Komodo's sites. Open Water divers who fall short of that can complete a Deep Adventure Dive or an Advanced Open Water course onboard to make up the difference before diving the park's more demanding sites.
Itineraries
Sokaraja runs 4-night and 5-night Komodo itineraries, departing from Labuan Bajo. Both lengths cover the park's core diving areas, with excursions ashore for Komodo dragon viewing and the park's well-known landscape stops built into the schedule alongside the dive program.
