A liveaboard built for divers and their non-diving partners alike — that's rare, and ZEN does it properly.

This is a platform announcement. If you're here to plan an Indonesia liveaboard trip, start with the Indonesia liveaboard guide.

Scubaspa ZEN

ZEN is a 53-metre phinisi and the newest addition to the Scubaspa fleet — sister vessel to Ying and Yang, Scubaspa's award-winning luxury boats in the Maldives. Indonesia is Scubaspa's newest region, and ZEN brings the same laid-back luxury style and exceptional service to the Coral Triangle, with an extra personal touch given just nine guest cabins on board.

Most liveaboards are built around the diver. ZEN is built around the trip — with a structure that works whether everyone on board dives or not. Guests choose between three package types: Diving, Spa, or a combined Diving & Spa package, with additional dives or treatments available to add on. Daily yoga runs alongside the dive schedule. If you're travelling with a partner who doesn't dive, this is one of the few liveaboards in Indonesia genuinely set up for that — rather than treating non-divers as an afterthought.

The nine cabins accommodate up to 20 guests, supported by a crew of 26 — two spa therapists, a yoga master, three chefs, and two bartenders among them, alongside an experienced multilingual dive crew. Diving runs from a separate 21-metre dive support vessel, keeping gear, compressors, and wet equipment off the main boat, with up to four dives a day for certified divers.

Dining runs at a level closer to a five-star resort than a typical liveaboard — buffet breakfast and lunch, à la carte dinners, a stocked bar with premium spirits and a full wine list, and live cooking evenings featuring Asian, Mediterranean, and Continental dishes. Across ZEN's three decks, the day winds down with sunset cocktails, outdoor dining under the stars, and an open-air cinema.
