Blue Manta ist ein 45-Meter-Stahlrumpf-Tauchkreuzfahrtschiff speziell für Tauchgänge in Indonesien gebaut, das 22 Gäste in 14 Kabinen mit eigenem Bad, durchschnittlich 20 qm, verteilt auf drei Decks, unterbringt. Für die Saison 2026/2027 befährt das Schiff Routen durch Raja Ampat, Komodo-Nationalpark, Banda-See und Triton Bay, mit einer Besatzung von 20 Personen. Einzelkabinen-Zuschlag von nur 20 %. Preise ab 344 USD pro Person und Tag.
Die Blue Manta ist eines der wenigen speziell gebauten Stahlrumpf-Tauchkreuzfahrtschiffe, die in Indonesien operieren. Diese Konstruktion sorgt für Stabilität bei Überquerungen im offenen Meer und bei raueren Seebedingungen, mit denen Holzschiffe nicht mithalten können. Mit einer Reisegeschwindigkeit von 9 Knoten und einer Treibstoffkapazität von 45.000 Litern ist das Schiff gut für Langstreckenrouten und Fahrten im offenen Meer geeignet – einschließlich spezieller Banda-See-Expeditionen im April und September/November sowie Triton Bay-Abfahrten in West-Papua, die parallel zum Hauptsaisonplan für Raja Ampat und den Komodo-Nationalpark laufen.
Vierzehn Kabinen mit eigenem Bad auf drei Decks bieten Platz für bis zu 22 Gäste. Die Kabinen auf dem Unterdeck verfügen über zwei Einzelbetten und Bullaugen, die Kabinen auf dem Hauptdeck bieten Doppelbetten mit Meerblickfenstern und die Kabinen auf dem Oberdeck bieten Doppelbetten mit großen Fenstern und dem besten Tageslicht an Bord. Alle Kabinen sind durchschnittlich 20 qm groß und verfügen über eine individuelle Klimaanlage, ein eigenes Bad mit Warmwasserdusche, ausreichend Stauraum und Steckdosen mit 2- und 3-poligen Anschlüssen. Alleinreisende profitieren von einem der niedrigsten Einzelkabinen-Zuschläge auf dem indonesischen Tauchkreuzfahrtmarkt von nur 20 % über dem Standard-Kabinenpreis. Drei Bordköche servieren täglich fünf Mahlzeiten, wobei jeden Morgen frisch gebackenes Brot serviert wird.
Das erweiterte Tauchdeck ist mit individuellen Spülbecken und einer separaten Tauchplattform mit Warmwasserduschen ausgestattet. Ein spezieller, klimatisierter Kameraraum bietet individuelle Arbeitsplätze, Gebläse zur Trocknung und Ladestationen für Unterwasserfotografen. Tauchgruppen sind auf vier Gäste pro Guide begrenzt. Nitrox ist an Bord gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten umfassen zwei Bord-Masseure, eine klimatisierte Hauptlounge mit Großbildfernseher und 24-Stunden-Satelliten-WLAN.
