Built from ironwood and teak on Sulawesi, the Indo Master is one of the newest and best-equipped liveaboards in Indonesian waters.
This is a platform announcement. If you're here to plan an Indonesia liveaboard trip, start with the Indonesia liveaboard guide.
Master Liveaboards
Master Liveaboards operates 10 yachts across 11 destinations worldwide, from Bikini Atoll and Truk Lagoon to the Maldives, Galapagos, and Egypt. The Indo Master is their newest vessel and the first to join Coralbound, with more of the fleet to follow as we expand beyond Indonesia.
The brand's reputation rests on staff professionalism and genuine attention to detail — the kind of feedback that shows up consistently across guest reviews: briefings that are thorough rather than rushed, crew who remember preferences without being asked twice, and a level of polish that holds up trip after trip.
The Indo Master
The Indo Master is a 47-metre sail/motor liveaboard built in 2022 from ironwood and teak on Sulawesi, with an 8-metre beam and a maximum of 18 guests across nine cabins — generous space per guest relative to similarly sized vessels in Indonesia. Beds throughout are North European sizing, larger than the standard found on most Indonesian liveaboards.
On the lower deck, two Classic Twin cabins and two Classic Double cabins offer full-size beds with individual air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Also on the lower deck, a Premium Twin/Double family suite in the bow features two double beds for up to four guests, with separate toilet and shower rooms. On the upper deck, two Premium Twin Suites offer sea views and Juliet balconies, while two Superior Twin/Double Suites add full private balconies with reconfigurable bedding. All cabins include ample storage and extra towels.
The air-conditioned saloon serves as the main social space, with a cocktail bar, charging station, and large flat-screen TV for dive briefings and evenings. The dive deck offers personal equipment storage, dedicated camera and video preparation areas, and separate rinse tanks — a setup well suited to underwater photographers. Diving runs from two high-powered Zodiacs, supported by three Bauer compressors and four dive guides, with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards available for guest use between dives, alongside laundry service.
Nitrox, equipment rental, and WiFi are available at a surcharge rather than included in the base rate.
Where the Indo Master sails
Itineraries cover Komodo National Park and Raja Ampat as the core routes — with the Raja Ampat itinerary also taking in Misool — alongside departures to the Banda Sea, the Alor Archipelago, and combined crossings through Halmahera and Lembeh.
