Aqua Blu är en 60 meter lyxig expeditionsyacht med plats för 30 gäster fördelade på 15 individuellt designade sviter på 5 däck, som drivs av Aqua Expeditions. Fartyget byggdes ursprungligen som den brittiska flottans undersökningsfartyg HMS Beagle 1968 och renoverades omfattande 2019. Fartyget genomför 7 till 14-nätters resor över Komodo, Raja Ampat, Kryddöarna, Asmat och Västpapua. Dykning, snorkling, kajakpaddling och guidade vandringar ingår. För säsongen 2026/2027 börjar priserna från USD 1 300 per person per dag.
Aqua Blu är en kategori för sig på den indonesiska liveaboard-marknaden. Ursprungligen byggd som HMS Beagle för den brittiska flottan 1968 – samma namn som Charles Darwins historiska undersökningsfartyg – omvandlades hon till en privat yacht 2002 och renoverades 2019 under Aqua Expeditions till den expeditionsyacht hon är idag, med interiörer av den nederländska yachtdesignern Cor D. Rover och mat av den australiensiske kocken Benjamin Cross. Aqua Expeditions driver en global flotta av små expeditionsfartyg – både hav och flod – över Indonesien, Peru (Amazonas), Galapagos, Seychellerna, Arktis och Sydostasien (Mekong). Aqua Blu är deras indonesiska flaggskepp och den enda långfärds-expeditionsyachten som permanent är baserad i östra Indonesien, uppfyller RINA, SOLAS och ISM-klassificeringar och är utrustad med Quantum Zero Speed-stabilisatorer för komfort i alla sjöförhållanden. Fyra Lister Blackstone-motorer på 660 hk ger en marschfart på 10–12 knop över en räckvidd som täcker hela bredden av östra Indonesien.
Femton individuellt designade sviter i tre kategorier sträcker sig över fem däck. Kategori I-sviter är i genomsnitt 25–34 kvm och inkluderar de största hytterna ombord – flera med planlösningar i flera nivåer, walk-in-garderober, soffor och överdimensionerade badrum, vissa med badkar. Kategori II-sviter är i genomsnitt 24 kvm med stora fönster eller hyttventiler och generöst med boyta. Kategori III-sviter på cirka 14 kvm är de mest kompakta, lämpliga för soloresenärer eller tonåringar, var och en med två hyttventiler och välutrustade badrum. Alla sviter vetter mot havet med king size- eller separata sängar, regnduschar, Nespresso-maskiner, elektroniska kassaskåp och ekologiska badprodukter. Hytterna 301 och 302 kan slås ihop för att bilda en svit med två rum; hytterna 401 och 402 kan kopplas ihop för att skapa en svit på översta däcket med direkt tillgång till bryggan. Gemensamma utrymmen sträcker sig över fem däck och inkluderar en inomhus-salong och matsal, inomhus- och utomhusbar, sky lounge-bar, observationsdäck, utomhusjacuzzi, spa- och massagerum, utomhus träningszon, bibliotek med TV och soldäck.
Alla måltider, alkoholfria drycker, husets viner och öl, tvätt, höghastighets-WiFi och grupptransfer ingår. Utflykter över alla resplaner inkluderar dykning, snorkling, kajakpaddling, stand-up paddleboarding och guidade vandringar, ledda av tre naturvägledare ombord inklusive en dykguide. Maten övervakas av kocken Benjamin Cross, vars 20-åriga karriär sträcker sig över Michelin-restauranger i Australien, USA och Spanien, med menyer som drar inspiration från Indonesiens kryddhandelsarv och färska lokala råvaror. Resplanerna roterar säsongsvis över Bali och Komodo nationalpark, Ambon och Kryddöarna, Raja Ampat och Västpapua. I slutet av 2026 kommer Aqua Blu att genomföra två tidsbokade resor med National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions.

Cabin 402 is a 30 sqm Category I cabin on the bridge deck, featuring a double bed, a separate sitting room with a sofa, side table, and two armchairs, large windows, and a compact en-suite bathroom with a large shower. A sofa bed accommodates a third guest, up to a maximum capacity of 3. This is one of the vessel's largest cabins, with direct access to the bridge deck area. Cabins 401 and 402 can be joined to form a two-room suite at the top of the ship with direct deck access to the bridge.
