Aqua Blu, 60 metrelik lüks keşif yatı 30 misafir 15 ayrı tasarlanmış süitte 5 güvertede konaklama imkanı sunmaktadır ve Aqua Expeditions tarafından işletilmektedir. Aslen 1968 yılında İngiliz Kraliyet Donanması'nın araştırma gemisi HMS Beagle olarak inşa edilmiş ve 2019 yılında kapsamlı bir şekilde yenilenmiş olan gemi, 7 ila 14 gecelik rotalar Komodo, Raja Ampat, Baharat Adaları, Asmat ve Batı Papua tüm rotalara dahil olmak üzere dalış, şnorkelle yüzme, kano ve rehberli yürüyüşler sunmaktadır. 2026/2027 sezonu için fiyatlar günlük kişi başı 1.300 ABD Doları 'ndan başlamaktadır.
Aqua Blu, Endonezya'nın canlı tekne pazarında kendi kategorisinde yer almaktadır. Aslen 1968 yılında Charles Darwin'in tarihi araştırma gemisiyle aynı adı taşıyan HMS Beagle olarak İngiliz Kraliyet Donanması için inşa edilmiş, 2002 yılında özel bir yata dönüştürülmüş ve 2019 yılında Aqua Expeditions tarafından, Hollandalı yat tasarımcısı Cor D. Rover'ın iç mekanları ve Avustralyalı şef Benjamin Cross'un mutfağı ile günümüzdeki keşif yatına dönüştürülmüştür. Aqua Expeditions, Endonezya, Peru (Amazon), Galapagos, Seyşeller, Arktik ve Güneydoğu Asya (Mekong) bölgelerinde okyanus ve nehir keşif gemilerinden oluşan küresel bir filoya sahiptir. Aqua Blu, Doğu Endonezya'da kalıcı olarak konuşlanmış tek uzun menzilli keşif yatı ve Endonezya'nın amiral gemisidir. RINA, SOLAS ve ISM sınıflandırmalarına uygundur ve her türlü deniz koşulunda konfor için Quantum Zero Speed stabilizatörleri ile donatılmıştır. Dört adet 660HP Lister Blackstone motoru, Doğu Endonezya'nın tam genişliğini kapsayan bir menzilde 10-12 deniz mili seyir hızı sağlamaktadır.
Beş güverteye yayılan on beş ayrı tasarlanmış süit üç kategoriye ayrılmıştır. Kategori I süitler ortalama 25-34 metrekare olup, gemideki en büyük kabinlerdir; bazıları dubleks tasarımlı, giyinme odalı, kanepeli ve büyük banyolu, bazıları ise küvetlidir. Kategori II süitler ortalama 24 metrekare olup, büyük pencereler veya lumbozlar ve geniş yaşam alanları sunmaktadır. Yaklaşık 14 metrekarelik Kategori III süitler en kompakt olanlardır, tek gezginler veya gençler için uygundur, her biri iki lumboz ve iyi donanımlı banyolara sahiptir. Tüm süitler okyanus manzaralıdır ve king veya ikiz yataklar, yağmur duşları, Nespresso makineleri, elektronik kasalar ve organik banyo malzemeleri ile donatılmıştır. 301 ve 302 numaralı kabinler iki odalı bir süit oluşturmak üzere birleştirilebilir; 401 ve 402 numaralı kabinler ise doğrudan köprü erişimine sahip üst güverte süiti oluşturmak üzere bağlanabilir. Ortak alanlar beş güverteye yayılmıştır ve kapalı salon ve yemek odası, kapalı ve açık bar, gökyüzü salonu barı, gözlem güvertesi, açık jakuzi, spa ve masaj odası, açık hava egzersiz alanı, TV'li kütüphane ve güneşlenme güvertesi bulunmaktadır.
Tüm yemekler, alkolsüz içecekler, ev şarapları ve bira, çamaşırhane, yüksek hızlı WiFi ve grup transferleri dahildir. Tüm rotalardaki gezilere dalış, şnorkelle yüzme, kano, ayakta kürek sörfü ve üç gemideki doğa bilimci rehber (bir dalış rehberi dahil) tarafından yönetilen rehberli yürüyüşler dahildir. Mutfak, kariyeri Avustralya, ABD ve İspanya'daki Michelin yıldızlı restoranlarda geçen ve menülerinde Endonezya'nın baharat ticareti mirası ve taze yerel ürünlerden yararlanan şef Benjamin Cross tarafından denetlenmektedir. Rotalar mevsimsel olarak Bali ve Komodo Ulusal Parkı, Ambon ve Baharat Adaları, Raja Ampat ve Batı Papua arasında dönüşümlü olarak düzenlenmektedir. 2026 sonlarında Aqua Blu, National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions ile iki özel zamanlı yolculuk düzenleyecektir.

Cabins 401 and 402 can be joined to form a two-room suite at the top of the ship with direct deck access to the bridge.
