潛水遵循最多 4:1 的潛水員對導潛比例，並強制進行潛水前簡報、保守的深度限制和必要的安全停留。行程從 4 天（科莫多中部）到 8 天（科莫多完整）不等，每次行程最多可進行 23 次潛水，涵蓋標誌性的潛點，包括 Batu Bolong、Castle Rock、Crystal Rock、Manta Point、Cannibal Rock 和 Manta Alley。船上提供高氧空氣。相關行程包含與科莫多龍近距離接觸的陸地遊覽。潛水裝備為 Scuba Pro，由船上的認證維修專家維護。
