Moana 自 2004 年以來一直在科莫多持續營運——已在國家公園內永久駐紮二十多年——由業主 Stefan 和 Tanja Campo 與 11 名船員共同經營，最多可接待 10 位賓客：八名船員和餐飲服務人員，以及三名專門的潛水和浮潛導遊。這種人員配置比例是刻意為之：Moana 並非將非潛水員視為次要考量，而是讓潛水員在水下時，浮潛者也能在專屬導遊和快艇的帶領下進行獨立的浮潛活動，讓浮潛者也能獲得完整的體驗，而不是在水面等待。這艘船也特別適合初學者——僅需開放水域潛水員認證即可參加，無需最低潛水次數記錄，但夜潛和強流潛點則保留給經驗較豐富的潛水員。大多數行程為期 6 天 5 夜，包含 14 至 16 次潛水，但在全天行程中，根據路線、天氣和團隊經驗，每天最多可提供 4 次潛水。
五間套房艙可容納最多 10 位賓客——三間雙人艙和兩間雙床艙，均位於甲板下方，配備獨立空調、風扇和套房浴室。單獨旅行的旅客通常會與同性別的旅客共用雙床艙，單人入住需額外付費，視供應情況而定。上層甲板設有空調休息室，內有圖書館、專門的照片和影片工作空間以及充電站，此外還有一個船頭休息區，有些賓客選擇在此露天過夜。主甲板上的大型公共餐桌提供全膳服務——包括清晨的輕食早餐、第二次熱早餐、午餐、下午點心和晚餐，全天供應新鮮果汁、冰沙和點心。
價格分為潛水費率和較低的浮潛及巡遊費率，因為行程、船隻、艙房和餐點在兩者之間是完全相同的。浮潛賓客可以在旅途中選擇額外付費進行單次潛水，根據營運方的「公平交易」政策，無論他們增加多少次潛水，最終支付的費用都不會超過標準潛水賓客費率加上任何設備租賃費用。
潛水涵蓋科莫多國家公園內 50 多個指定潛點，每天根據當前狀況選擇，而非固定路線，包括著名的潛點如 Manta Point、Batu Bolong、Castle Rock 和 Crystal Rock，以及較為寧靜的替代潛點。船上提供全套潛水裝備租賃；不提供高氧潛水。除了水上活動，行程還包括在林卡島或科莫多島上的科莫多龍徒步旅行、海灘停留、前往觀景點的小型徒步以及立式划槳衝浪。私人包船服務可供選擇，每晚 4,895 歐元起，可獨家使用整艘船。
