季節性行程大致分為兩個階段。從四月到九月，Katharina 在中部和南部群島營運科莫多及周邊航線 — 探索科莫多國家公園、薩雷灣的鯨鯊邂逅，以及科莫多東部至阿拉爾的環太平洋火山島鏈。從十月到三月，船隻則向北和向東前往馬魯古、香料群島、拉賈安帕和西巴布亞。許多行程由海洋生物學家、珊瑚科學家、動物學家和文化專家等專業導遊帶領 — 這是 SeaTrek 計劃的固定特色，而非偶爾的附加項目。紅毛猩猩與龍之旅程包含與專用河船合作營運的婆羅洲部分。營運商每年三月會將兩艘船停運三週進行年度安全檢查。

Katharina's four Double Cabins are located on the lower deck and feature a double bed, under-bed storage, adjustable air conditioning, natural light through a deck hatch, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Select cabins have a retractable single upper bunk available on request for one child aged 12 or under travelling with parents.
